• Free up existing warehouse space by moving part storage out of manufacturing locations coupled with a need to outsource management of domestic transportation.

• Provide warehouse services onsite the OEM manufacturing facility as a Lead Logistics Provider.
• Transportation Management Systems includes routing of all inbound / outbound shipments, carrier contract management.
• Consultative services including the set up of the dediacted parts facility, installation and maintenance of the W.M.S, maintenance of containers and proposed containers used for kitting and the establishment and tracking of all KPIs.
• Transfer to workshop management.
